Ursula Jane Harney, 78 of Elkton, MD passed away at home on May 23, 2023.

Ursula was born on February 4, 1945 in Upper Darby, PA, daughter of the late Richard R. Raezer and Ursula Ferris Yerger.  She raised her family in Delaware County where she worked for Ethel Mason Child Development for 15 years.  After retiring she moved to Hacks Point in the early 1990's.

She enjoyed reading, solving puzzles and word finds.  She also enjoyed walking and spending time with the dogs, Angel and Simba, but loved helping people.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Frank Scena, Thomas Harney and Patrick Harney and a brother Richard Robert Raezer.

Ursula is survived by her sons, Marc Scena and his wife Kimberly Scena of Elkton, MD and Chris Scena (Christina Rendi) of Washington Boro PA and grandchildren, Christopher Scena, Nick Scena, Marcus Scena and Sophia Scena.

A private burial will be held.
