Suzanne B. Beauchamp of Chestertown, MD formerly of Salisbury, MD, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2024.

She was born on February 18, 1941, the daughter of the late James S. and Evelyn Brice Wilmer of Betterton, MD.

Her early teenage years were spent waitressing every summer for all the hotels in Betterton, while the town was prospering.  In her later years she was an elder caregiver for many families.

Sue loved to dance and travel, especially getting to see Guam, Graceland and Dollywood with her husband Donald.

Along with her parents, Suzanne was preceded by her sister, Mary Scott, brother, James Wilmer and a nephew Jerry Scott.

She is survived by 5 sons, Mike Scott (Grace) of Chestertown, Steve Scott (Malia) of Tumon, Guam, Richard Scott and Gregg Scott of Seaford, DE and Albert Lekites (Amy) of Guam: 4 grandchildren, Michael N. Scott (Mary), Alexis Scott, Cydni Scott and Alexandra Lekites and one great grandson, Valiant Scott. Also survived by one sister Virginia Kerns, nephew, Chris Kerns, a niece Jennifer K. Nutting and 2 great nieces, Georgia and Ava Kerns.
