Shirley Louise Lockerman, 86 of Earleville, MD passed away at home surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Lockerman was born on October 30, 1938, daughter of the late Charles T. Craig, Sr. and Grace Erma French Craig.  She was raised on the family farm on Sandy Bottom Road and was a 1956 graduate of Cecilton High School.  In 1958 she married Julian T. Lockerman, Jr., and lived in Warwick and later the Bayard Farm. In 1980 they moved to Earleville where they had built their home and raised their family.  For 15 years Shirley worked as an insurance agent for the Reese Short Agency in Cecilton, MD.

Along with her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her sister Patricia Cichocki.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 66 years, Julian T. Lockerman, Jr.; daughters, Lorie Ann Lockerman of Earleville, MD and Roxanne Lockerman of Galena, MD, siblings, Charles Thomas Craig, Jr., Leslie Ray Craig and Sue Nafzinger all of Earleville, MD and Connie Paul of Howell Michigan; 3 grandchildren, Frank Tyler Lockerman, Benjamin Trevor Hill and Haylee Ann Tucker (Matthew) and 3 great grandchildren, Melanie Louise Lockerman, Memphis James Lockerman and Finn Everett Tucker.

A private graveside service will be held in Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, MD.
