Sheila Murphy Franklin, 90 of Still Pond, MD passed away on November 1, 2023 at U of M Shore Medical Center at Easton.

Mrs. Franklin was born on December 30, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Harry Joseph Murphy and Edyth Lee Murphy.  She had worked as a telephone operator for Bell of Pennsylvania for 10 years.  Mrs. Franklin was an active member of Eastern Shore Bible Baptist Church in Galena, MD.

Mrs. Frankin is survived by her husband of 65 years, Edward M. Franklin; a daughter, Donna Campbell of Sierra Vista, AZ; 2 sons Mark Franklin (Nancy) of Bowie, MD and Robert A. Franklin of Chestertown, MD; a sister Ruth Murphy of Atlantic City, NJ and 2 grandchildren, James Campbell and Pamela Campbell

A viewing will be held on Monday, November 6 from 10 to 11 am at Eastern Shore Bible Baptist Church, 13984 Gregg Neck Rd. Galena, MD where funeral service will begin at 11 am.  Burial will follow in adjoining cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to Eastern Shore Bible Baptist Church.
