Rosemary C. Rath, 86 passed away peacefully in her home in Galena, MD on April 18, 2024.

Mrs. Rath was born on May 21, 1937 in Chester, PA, daughter of the late John and Helen Sandor Cziraky.  Rosemary had worked for Bell Telephone and Verizon for over 30 years, retiring in 1992.  She was a member of Holy Saviour Roman Catholic Church.

Rosemary enjoyed her retirement in both Galena, MD and Fort Pierce, FL, crocheting, playing bingo, visiting casinos, making crafts and eating ice cream.  Her most precious time was spent with her daughters and grandsons.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, John 'Jack' Rath, Jr in 2023 and a brother John S. Cziraky.

Mrs. Rath is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Rath of Chandler, AZ and Jacqueline Pilkington and her husband Steve of Linwood, PA; 2 grandsons, Steven Andrew Pilkington (Stef) of Aston, PA and Sean John Pilkington of Chandler, AZ and a brother Carl Cziraky of Woodlyn, PA.

A private burial will be held in Galena Cemetery.
