Roger G. Pearson Jr, "R.J." 34, of Clayton, DE, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family.

R.J. was born October 5, 1988, son of Betty and Roger Pearson Sr.  He was raised in Clayton, DE.  R.J. was a welder and a mechanic and also owned State Line Inspections. R.J. most recently worked for Outstanding Marine in Cecilton, MD.   He was a co-owner of the Lazy Pig Lodge, a cabin in West Virginia. He enjoyed hunting, camping, riding buggies in West Virginia and playing cornhole.

In addition to his parents, R.J. is survived by his sisters, Heather Jester (Drew) of Townsend, DE and Tiffany Biggs (Matt) of Smyrna, DE, nephews Darren Jester, Lathan Pearson, Carter Biggs and nieces Kylie Jester and Andersyn Biggs.

A Celebration of R.J's life will be held on Saturday, March 11, from 2-6 pm at the Clayton Fire Hall in Clayton, DE.
