Robert Rashean Wright, Jr. age 42 of Worton, Maryland passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024.

Robert also known as "Little Rob" was born on August 24, 1982, the eldest son of Robert Wakefield Wright, Sr. and the late Roxanne Lorall Hines Wright.

Little Rob attended school in the Kent County, Maryland School District and graduated from Kent County High School in 2000. He furthered his education at Delaware Technical Community College, Wilmington, Delaware and earned a certification in welding. Throughout his career, he held several jobs in welding and was also a self-employed barber.

Little Rob was a joyful, outgoing and loving individual. In his free time, he enjoyed cutting hair, drawing, and cheering on his favorite football team, the Baltimore Ravens. Above all else, he cherished spending time with his children, family and friends. He was always pleasant to be around and was known as the peacemaker of his family. He always made it his purpose to keep his mother's memories alive.

He was preceded in death by his mother, the late Roxanne Lorall Hines Wright, as well as his paternal grandparents: Leonard Wright and Anne Frances Wright; maternal grandfather Rodney William Hines, Sr.; his bonus grandfather, Alfred Evan Wesley and his paternal aunt, Thyedochia "Dosie" Jeff.

He is survived by his father, Robert Wakefield Wright of Worton, Maryland; his paternal grandmother, Gloria Ringgold of Chestertown, Maryland; maternal grandmother, Agnes Wesley of Fredricktown, Maryland; his four children: two sons, Zaden Johnson, Cameren Elvey and two daughters, Brooklyn and Zoey Wright; two sisters: Nicole Brown Stephens (Seth) of Middletown, Delaware, Roshanda Wright of Middletown, Delaware; four brothers: Travis Wright of Worton, Maryland, Brandon Corbett of Worton, Maryland, Brandon Wright of Galena, Maryland and Brian Wright of Los Angelos, California. He is also remembered by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

We will always remember Little Rob's kind and loving nature. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A visitation will be held on Saturday December 7, from 10 to 11 am in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD, where a memorial service will begin at 11 am.
