Robert A. Van Den Heuvel, 74 of Earleville, MD passed away on November 14, 2024 at Christiana Care – Union Hospital.

Bob was born on November 4, 1950, son of the late Walter A. and Mina June Green Van Den Heuvel. He was a lifetime resident of Earleville and a graduate of Bohemia Manor High School.

For 55 years he was a contractor, owning a construction business.

Bob was an avid waterman, loved fishing, crabbing and his boat "The Last Buck".  He enjoyed helping others with landscaping, gardening and renovating homes. Bob loved taking his grandson fishing.

Along with his parents, he was preceded by his brother Kenneth Wayne Van Den Heuvel.

Bob is survived by the love of his life and mother of his children Louise Kirk; daughters, Lisa Van Den Heuvel, Stacy Van Den Heuvel and Jessica Wiles (Alan); grandson Grant Wiles and a nephew Kenneth W. Van Den Heuvel.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 22 from 6 to 8 pm at the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD.
