Robert Glenn Morton, 71, of Millington, MD passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025 at Bayleigh Chase, Easton, MD.  He was surrounded by love from his family.

Glenn was born on October 28, 1954, in West Point, NY to the late Harold and Alice Morton.  Growing up in Rock Hall, he enjoyed playing in garage bands, selling sodas from a small boat to make money before he was old enough to work, and enjoyed spending time exploring Eastern Neck Island.

He loved music and was an excellent guitar player.  He could play any guitar or bass by ear, and he listened to and played all genres of music.  He was a DJ for hundreds of parties and weddings throughout the 1980's.  He also donated his time providing the lighting and sound for school programs throughout Kent County as well as volunteering many years for Relay For Life and the Worton haunted house.  Glenn was always behind the lens of a camera and enjoyed taking candid photos of family and friends.  He was also an avid gardener and the backyard was his solace where he enjoyed planting and caring for the landscaping.  After retirement, if he wasn't catching summer rays in the backyard, he was enjoying his time in his handmade greenhouse sauna in the winters and spending time with his beloved cats.

In 1981, he married Paige Atkinson and together they shared over 44 years of love and laughter.  They raised 4 daughters and established multiple businesses in Kent County.  He, along with his brother Moe, started Morton Appliance in the early 1980's.  When they split the company, he established Morton Brothers Refrigeration. He lived for serving his customers and creating bonds in the community.  Anyone who knew him knows he had the gift of gab and making you laugh.  He also, along with Paige, owned P&G Properties, renovating and renting properties in the area.

Glenn is survived by his wife of 44 years, Paige Atkinson Morton; daughters Jennifer Christine Blackiston (Robby), Deborah Jill Payne, April Lynn Kaehler (Jimmy) and Jessica Ann Schauber (Grant).  Siblings Maurice "Moe" Morton (Peggy) and Laura Mason; grandchildren Trey, Will, Max, Jacob, Elaina, Austin, Alexander, Jameson, Mila, Adam and Ethan; and one great-grandchild Annaleigh.

A private funeral will take place with a Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.

In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be offered to The Animal Care Shelter for Kent County.
