Robert W. Farrow, 94 of Earleville, MD passed away on May 3, 2023 at Abbey Manor, Elkton, MD.

Mr. Farrow was born on December 21, 1928, son of the late Albert and Elizabeth DeFrehn Farrow. He was raised in Riverton, NJ and after graduation from high school he furthered his education at Drexel University, obtaining his Engineering degree in 1953. In 1955 he married Grace Brockley and worked for RCA as an electrical engineer for a year. Bob was asked by his father-in-law to help with his Christmas Tree Farm in Earleville and moved their family to Chestertown. In 1969 they relocated to the family farm, Holly Hill Farms Nursery, where he continued to raise many varieties of trees and shrubs.

He enjoyed sailing and traveling. Bob was an active member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, the Cecilton Lions Club and the Maryland's Nursery and Landscape Association.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his twin brother Royal Farrow; brother, Russell Farrow and a daughter in law Judy Farrow.

Mr. Farrow is survived by his wife of 68 years, Grace Brockley Farrow; children, David Farrow of Earleville, John Farrow (Tina) of Earleville, Mike Farrow (Tracey) of Warwick and Amy Scott (Charles, Jr.) of Earleville; 7 grandchildren, Andrew Farrow, Allison Gottenkieny, Stephen Farrow, Christopher Farrow, Alexandra Farrow, Kathryn Scott and Lauren Scott; step grandson Charles Scott, III and 2 great grandchildren, Austin Farrow and Kaylee Farrow.

Service will be held privately in St. Stephen's.
