Ralph Percival Price, Jr., 76 of Elkton, MD passed away on August 21, 2025 at Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.

Mr. Price was born on July 31, 1949 in Gulfport, MS, son of the late Hilda Iona Patton Price and Ralph P. Price, Sr.  Ralph served in the US Army for 12 years: receiving 8 medals before his honorable discharge in 1979.  He retired from Rinker Materials as their plant manager after working there for 20 years.

He had lived in Cecil County most of his life, however he has lived all over the United States, but always found his way back to Mississippi.  He enjoyed anything outdoors; fishing, crabbing, camping and was also on a softball league for many years. He had a huge love for Rock & Roll and ford trucks.  An all-around amazing kind funny man that could make a friend in any room he went in.  He will be missed by so many.

Ralph is survived by his children, Brian Riley, Donelle Lampton, Ralph Price, 3rd, Summer Barker and Rebecca Price; 7 grandchildren; siblings, Genendal Fratantuono, Phyllis Turner, Brenda Berkheiser and several nieces and nephews.  He was loved and cared for by Robin Price, Rae and William Lamoreaux.

A Life Celebration will be held on Saturday, September 13 at 4 pm at the Chesapeake City V.F.W. 7687, 304 Basil Ave. Chesapeake City, MD
