Patricia Leiss "Pat" Groves of The Villages, Florida passed away on October 19, 2021 she was 86 years old.

Pat was born on September 5, 1935 in Washington, DC to the late Grayson Wise Leiss and Cornelia Lewis Leiss. She was married earlier to the late James Keehn and had two sons, the late P. Kevin Keehn and Terrance Keehn. Her husband of 46 years was the late Ronald C. Groves, Sr. and together they had a daughter, Victoria Davis and son, the late Ronald Groves, Jr. Pat and Ron raised their family in New Carrolton, Md., and she worked for over 35 years as a Legal Secretary for the United States Justice Department.  Upon retiring they moved to Ocean City, Md., where Pat enjoyed being an active member of the community and working for the Delmarva Shorebirds.  They then moved to The Villages, Florida where she loved being active, golfing, bowling, dancing, gambling and sipping dry martinis.

She is preceded in death by her husband Ronald C. Groves Sr. in 2006.  Two sons, P. Kevin Keehn in 2011 and Ronald C Groves Jr. in 2015 and a brother Robert Leiss.

She is survived by her son Terry Keehn & daughter in law, Juanita of St. Leonard, Md., daughter Victoria Davis of Edgewater, MD, daughter-in-law, Anne Keehn, Solomons, Md., brother John Leiss & wife Marie of Ohio and sister in-law Bren Leiss as well as eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, November 20 at 2 pm in the Olivet United Methodist Church, 13575 Olivet Rd, Lusby, MD, with the Rev. Alex Thomas officiating.  In the memory of Pat, memorials may be offered to https://www.hospicechesapeake.org/giving/ways-to-give/.
