Pamela Marie Coursey, 63 of Crumpton, passed away on March 14, 2021 in Kent Hospice Home, Chestertown.
Pam was born on May 23, 1957, daughter of the late Philip Gordon Lee Connolley and Blanche Deloris Thompson Connolley. She was raised in Chesterville until moving to Millington in 1968. She was a 1975 graduate of Kent County High School. She began her career with Dixon Valve for 20 years in the warehouse. She also sold insurance, cable and for 10 years as a caregiver for Comfort Keepers, which she enjoyed. Pam was a member of the Walter L. Fox Post #2 Auxiliary and traveled extensively with her husband for the Legion.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Francis 'Frank' Coursey, Sr. in 2008; a brother Philip G. Connolley in 2009 and a sister Paula Price in 2018.
Pam is survived by her fiancé James Merrill of Crumpton; sister Patricia Sutton (Billy) of Worton; nephew, William 'Trey' Sutton III (Lacey); nieces, Jessica Strong (Ray), Megan Cyr (Anthony) and Alyssa Price; grand nieces and nephews, Drew, Bevyn, Braelynn, Bristol, Lucy, Reese, Rachel, Henry and A.J.; and sisters-in-law, Patricia Merrill-Jones and Patricia MacIntosh.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 19 at 11 am in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Chestertown, MD. Burial will follow in Chester Cemetery, Chestertown.
