Mary Ferraro Martin, 94 of Chestertown, MD passed away peacefully on March 3, 2025 at Compass Regional Hospice Center, Centreville, MD.

Mrs. Martin was born on December 26, 1930, daughter of the late Anthony and Caroline Morreale Ferraro.  She was raised in Wyoming, PA where she graduated high school.  In 1951 she moved to Chestertown, where she raised her sons.  For 31 years she was the manager of McBride & McCord Dry Cleaners.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, William J. Martin; her son Anthony Martin and sisters, Catherine Liberto and Josephine Trofe and brothers, Anthony Ferraro and Dave Ferraro.

Mrs. Martin is survived by her son William Martin and his wife Chris; a brother Frank Ferraro; grandchildren Elizabeth Lawrence and her husband Mason and Timothy Martin and great grandchildren, Ajiona, Harleigh, Braxton and Brazen.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8 at 1pm at Galena Cemetery, Galena, MD
