Madisyn Elaine Yiannakis, 18, of Millington, MD passed from this life into eternal life, on October 1, 2021 at 4:20pm, due to the injuries she sustained in a tragic automobile accident.

Madisyn, daughter of Dennis M. and Julie Kincaid Yiannakis was born on July 3, 2003 in Chestertown, MD.  She was a lifetime resident of Kent County where she was a 2021 graduate of Kent County High School. During high school she excelled in soccer, playing defense, ran track and played softball. She was also a member of the FFA, Kent County 4-H and Kennedyville U.M. Church where she served as an Acolyte a long side her cousin and best friend, Alexandra Miller.  She was currently attending Chesapeake College where she was studying Criminal Justice. Madisyn had the most beautiful blue eyes and an infectious smile and laugh that could brighten anyone's day.  She loved hanging out with her friends and family and working at the Fish Whistle in Georgetown.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James E. and Geneva (Betty) Spray Yiannakis.

Madisyn is survived by her loving parents, Dennis and Julie Yiannakis, her twin brother Nathan  and younger sister Olivia R. Yiannakis, her maternal grandparents Joseph E. Guschke, Jr. and Darlene Hollett-Guschke, and Grandfather Darrell Morris Kincaid. Special Great Aunt Ellen Hollett,,  Aunts and Uncles- Kevin and Amy Miller, cousins Ethan and Alexandra and "The Cousins"-Jamie, Sophia and Keely James and Theresa Yiannakis, Paul and Jamie Yiannakis, cousin PJ.  Marc and Shelly Yiannakis cousin Matthew.  She also has many more special, loving family and friends.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 10 from 11 to 1 pm in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD, where funeral service will begin at 1 pm. Fellowship immediately following at The Fish Whistle at the Granary in Georgetown.

Please dress casually.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be offered to the Kent County 4-H Program or Kent County High School Athletic Boosters for both the girls and boys soccer teams.
