Linda Wheeler Kjellberg, 85 of Kennedyville, MD passed away on August 2, 2026 at Chestertown Nursing and Rehab, Chestertown, MD.

Mrs. Kjellberg was born on August 18, 1940 in Massachusetts, daughter of the late Rollin C. and Olive Simpson Beers. After high school she attended college and soon after she met the love of her life Robert Kenneth Kjellberg. Together they raised 2 daughters. Linda enjoyed wind surfing and designing stained glass windows and visiting family in Massachusetts. Her greatest achievement was to help her husband build their home in Glencoe which they completed in 1975. Linda was an collector of owls, where many can be seen throughout her home.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Sandy Russell.

Mrs. Kjellberg is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert Kenneth Kjellberg, daughters, Victoria Moore (Robert) of Centreville, MD and Erica Kjellberg of Edgewater, MD, a brother Jack Wheeler, 3 grandchildren, Kiersten Kjellberg Wines (William Gilbert), Kayla Kjellberg and Christopher Moore and a great-granddaughter Saskia Kjellberg Gilbert.

A memorial service will be announced.
