Kenneth W. Neal, 75, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on March 25, 1950, Kenneth lived a life defined by service, dedication, and unwavering devotion to the people he cared for and the communities he proudly served.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Alice Neal, his steadfast partner and closest companion. He is also survived by his son, Harold "Ebbie" Neal, and his wife Kelly, who brought him immense pride. Kenneth leaves behind two cherished granddaughters, Emily and Hannah, who were the lights of his life. Two brother, Joey Neal and wife Vickie, Bruce Neal and many niece and nephews.

A committed public servant, Kenneth was a life member of the Chestertown Fire Department, Dover Fire Department and Citizens ' Hose company of Smyrna Delaware. His decades of dedication, leadership, and courage impacted countless lives and left a lasting legacy within these organizations for over 60 years of service. He will be remembered as a mentor, a brother in service, and a true example of what it means to give selflessly to one's community.

Kenneth's presence brought warmth, kindness, and steadiness to all who knew him. His family and friends will forever hold dear his sense of humor, strong moral compass, and the endless love he shared.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives he touched.
