Kenneth Wesley Egolf, 82 of Queen Anne, MD passed away on January 24, 2026 at Compass Regional Hospice, Centreville, MD, surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Egolf was born on November 25, 1943 in Owings Mills, MD, son of the late Harry and Ruby Elliott Egolf.

He was employed by the Army Corp of Engineers for 40 years as a GEO Technician, retiring in 2003. He continued working as a security guard for Heron Point for 10 years and helped with his daughter and son in laws greenhouses.  Mr. Egolf was a member of Wesley Chapel in Rock Hall, MD, where he sang in the choir and helped with church activities.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors and at the beach, he loved nature, birds and airplanes. He was a fan of the Orioles and Ravens.

Mr. Egolf is survived by his wife of 30 years, Claudette Ann Egolf; children Thomas Kendall, Tracy Kimbles, Amy Mummert and Lori Kasser; a sister Lois Ann Harrison, 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A vistation will be held on April 11 from 10 - 11 am in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD where a memorial service will begin at 11 am.
