Kenneth R. Birkentall, 62 of Earleville, MD passed away on December 6, 2022.

Kenny was born on September 17, 1960 in Farmingdale, NY, son of the late John Eileen Walsky Birkentall. He was employed at Christiana Care Health Services as a Emergency Department Administrator for 26 years, retiring in 2020.  He was a member of the Upper Bay Ruritan Club and enjoyed cycling, family vacations at Wrightsville Beach, NC and his retirement.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 31 years, Mary Lou Birkentall in 2019.

Ken is survived by his son Bradley and his wife Erika of St. Augustine, FL; his brothers, Robert Birkentall (Christina), Don Birkentall (Mary) and James Birkentall (Debbie); his mother-in-law, Doris Bolton and sisters in law, Donna Davis (Glenn) and Pamela Deck (Greg).

A viewing will be held on Sunday, December 11 from 11 am to 1 pm in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD where funeral service will begin at 1 pm.  Burial will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Earleville.
