Joseph Carlton Boyer, 83, of Still Pond, MD passed away on January 29, 2023 at Shore Medical Center at Easton.

Mr. Boyer was born on July 14, 1939, in Chestertown, MD son of the late Samuel Boyer and Rebecca Tiller.  He was raised in Kennedyville, MD where he worked for a local farmer helping on his farm with grain and dairy.  He later lived on Davis Hill Rd. until going to an assisted living home.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Lillian Commodore (Franklin), Alice Whittington (Henry), Mary Kennedy, Hannah Jacobs, Glady Morris (Oliver), Stansbury Caulk (Hattie), James Boyer and William Boyer

Mr. Boyer is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

Only a viewing will be held on Saturday, February 4 from 11 to 1pm in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD.
