Joseph Andrew Faber, Jr., 78 of Millington, MD passed away on November 10, 2025 at the University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore, MD.

Andy was born on July 21, 1947, son of the late Joseph 'Joe" Faber, Sr. and Mildred Usilton Faber.  He was raised in Kent County and later enlisted in the U.S. Army.  Upon his discharge he returned to Kent County working with his father as a stone mason, laying block and brick for many buildings in Dover.  Andy and his father also built the family home together.  Andy later worked as a truck driver for TRP and Johnson Controls.

He was a member of Teamsters Local of Philadelphia, Loyal Order of the Moose and the American Legion Post in Smyrna.  Andy enjoyed his Friday night Chestertown Bowling League and loved playing fastpitch softball as a   1st baseman and catcher.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Susan Ann Baker Faber in 2019 and his siblings, Mary JoAnn Meredith, James Usilton and Theresa Cleveland.

Andy is survived by his children, Vernice Faber (Dan Rholetter) of Goldsboro and John Faber (Beth) of Woodside, DE; and his grandson Logan Andrew Faber.
