John Joseph 'Joe' Nordhoff, 60, of Rock Hall, MD passed away at home on November 30, 2025.

Joe was born on June 27, 1965, in Chestertown, MD to the late Otto and Lillian Nordhoff.  He was a 1983 graduate of Kent County High School.  Joe was a man of many talents.  Over the years he worked at Dixon Valve, Kent County Roads, and as a painter in both commercial and residential.  He also enjoyed working as a waterman as a member of the crew on several different boats.

Along with his parents, Joe is preceded in death by a sister Lorena "Renie" Lott.

He is survived by brothers, Chris Nordhoff (Vivian) and Paul Nordhoff; brother-in-law Pete Lott; special companion Nancy Mench and nieces and nephews Adam Nordhoff, Tonya Osborn, John Paul Nordhoff, Stephanie Nordhoff, Steven Lott, and Phillip Lott.

Services will be held privately.
