Services for Jennifer will be held on Tuesday, November 28 at 11 am in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, with viewing from 10 to 11 am.  Burial will follow in Sudlersville Cemetery.

Jennifer Justus 45 of Roundup, MT passed away on November 19, 2023

Jennifer was born on November 22, 1977 to George "Alfred" and Bonnie Lofland in Chestertown, MD.  She grew up in Queen Anne's County and was a 1996 graduate of Queen Anne's County High School. Upon graduation, Jennifer pursued a career in education and worked in the Queen Anne's County School District as a paraprofessional for many years, most notably at Sudlersville Middle School. In 2005 on a vacation to visit friends in Montana, she and her future husband Chris fell in love with the town of Roundup, eventually marrying there the following year in 2006. In 2020 they made the decision to move to Roundup, MT where they have spent the last three and a half years. She loved to travel and go camping, and had visited all contiguous 48 states.

She is survived by her husband of 17 years Christopher Justus; parents George "Alfred" and Bonnie Lofland; step-daughter Autumn Justus; sister Cathy Crossley; nephew Kyle Crossley; niece Nikki Crossley; many great nieces and nephews that she thought the world of; and her two German Shepherds, Demon and Angel.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 28 from 10 to 11 am in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD where funeral service will begin at 11 am.  Burial will follow in Sudlersville Cemetery.  A reception will follow the burial in Sudlersville Fire Hall.
