Jamie Lynn Pratt, 40, of Barclay passed away on August 18, 2024, at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Jamie was born in Chestertown to Richard and Lori Calloway Pratt.  She was raised and lived in Barclay and was a 2002 graduate of Queen Anne's County High School.  Jamie brought a smile to everyone she interacted with and loved meeting new people and spreading joy.  She enjoyed going to church at Hope Fellowship and spending time with her church family.  She also enjoyed shopping, especially for shoes and purses.  She cherished her trips to the zoo, going out to eat, especially at Cracker Barrel and walking on the boardwalk at the beach.  Mostly she will be remembered for her love of life and her family.

She is preceded in death by her grandfathers Albert Hickman and Charles Calloway.

She is survived by her parents Richard and Lori Pratt; grandmothers Christine Hickman and Betty Jean Calloway; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, and her beloved dog.

A viewing will be held on Monday, August 26 from 5 to 7 PM in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, Galena.  An additional viewing will be held Tuesday August 27 from 10 to 11 AM with a funeral service beginning at 11.  Burial will follow in Sudlersville Cemetery.
