James C. "Jimmy" Yeager, Jr., 25 of Galena, MD passed away on July 9, 2025, suddenly.
Jimmy was born on October 5, 1999, to his parents James C. Yeager, Sr. and Roxanne Marie Denston. He was raised in Galena and was a 2018 graduate of Kent County High School. He worked for Starkey Mechanical in Millington, MD and currently worked for Tom's General Services.
Jimmy had many interests in life such as carpentry, working on his pickup truck, it always had to shine, and camping with friends and family. Jimmy's passion was fishing and he was an avid hunter. He never missed a chance to go duck hunting or deer hunting. Jimmy made a lasting impression on everyone he met. He gave you the best smile and many are devastated by his loss and will miss him so much it hurts. The outpour of condolences is proof that he was loved by so many.
Jimmy is survived by his father James C. Yeager, Sr. (Amber) of Galena, MD, his mother Roxanne Denston Carroll (Robert Carey) of Smyrna, DE, his step-father, Robert Carroll, his girlfriend Vicenta Morales of Earleville, MD and her parents, Cindy and Jay Bowman; his siblings, Joshua Yeager (Sella)of Galena, MD, Brandon Scuse of Smyrna, DE, Kaitlyn Scuse of Smyrna, DE, and Alyssa Yeager of Galena, MD, grandparents Robert and Dottie Yeager, Linda Naudain, Cindy Scuse Brown and Brian Brown, Aunts and Uncles, Bobby Yeager, Jr., Vickie Billings, Sharon Bilbrough (John), Brett Camp, Sherry Yeager, Tom Denston Ill, Laura and Kenny Biddle, Dominique and Chris Grasso, Christopher Naudain, and numerous cousins and friends. Jimmy will be greatly missed by his four-legged companion, Duke! Those two were inseparable!
Jimmy was preceded in death by his grandfather Thomas Denston, his grandmother's companion, Fred Chapman, grandfather David Camp and great grandmother Mary Maule.

A visitation will be held on July 16 from 5 to 8 pm in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD where funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17 at 11 am. Burial will be held in Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, MD. A celebration of life will be held following the graveside service at Galena Vol Fire House, Galena, MD
