Frank J. Stinsman, 91 of Galena, MD, died February 21, 2020 in Whispering Pines Assisted Living Home, Rock Hall, MD.

Frank was born on October 28, 1928, son of the late Frank and Margaret Ravely Stinsman.  He owned and operated Stinsman Ent. Corp, (an out board motor repair shop) in Galena for 35+ years.  He was and avid train collector and was a member of the Train Collectors Association # 83-20151.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother William Stinsman.

Frank is survived by his cousins, Steve and Kim Silpath.

A private graveside service will be held in Fernwood Cemetery, Fernwood, PA.
