Dr. Evelyn R. I. Huxster, 94 of Heron Point, Chestertown, MD passed away on November 16, 2025.

Dr. Huxster was born on May 1,1931 in Phila, PA, daughter of the late Lawrence and Adaline Gagliardi Intenzo.  She was a 1956 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Medical School where she earned her degree in Psychiatry.  Dr. Huxster worked at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Delaware, practicing from 1961 until her retirement in 1993.  She lived at Cabin John in Earleville until moving to Heron Point in 2002.

She is survived by her sister Diana Intenzo, stepsons Dr. Robert Huxster and Peter Knight; 6 step granddaughters and many friends.

Services will be held privately.
