Elaine M. Roland, 60 of Chesapeake City, MD, passed away on October 10, 2022 at Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.

Elaine was born on November 4, 1961, daughter of the late Samuel and Ruth Blevins Vincent.  She was raised in Chesapeake City where she was a 1979 graduate of Bohemia Manor High School.  She worked as a Sales Representative for Nabisco for over 10 years, retiring in 2006.

She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and coaching softball.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Frances Vincent Messick and a brother Samuel Vincent.

Elaine is survived by her husband of 40 years, William Roland; daughters Jessica Roland and Serena Roland both of Chesapeake City; step-son, Bill Roland of Pennsylvania; 4 grandchildren Ava Murrin, Layla Guns, Alayna Lidstone and Zachary Roland.

Services will be held privately.
