Elmer Dudley Coleman, 90 of Worton, MD passed away on August 26, 2023 at Compass Regional Hospice Center, Centreville, MD.

Dudley was born on April 6, 1933 in Centreville, MD son of the late Nelson W. and Bessie E. Anderson Coleman.  After graduating from high school, he enlisted with the U.S. Army and received an honorable discharge.  He began his career with Truslow Farms and retired after 44 years of service as their Farm Manager.  Dudley enjoyed woodworking, reading and watching sports on television.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Annie Brown Coleman in June, sisters, Frances and Margaret and a brother Marvin.

Mr. Coleman is survived by his sons, Brian D. Coleman (Donna) of Union, KY and Lawrence Coleman (Staci) of Rogers, MN; 2 brothers, William N. Coleman of Worton, MD and John P. Coleman of Centreville, MD; 10 grandchildren, Matthew, Tyler, Savannah, Emily, Alison, Conner, twins-Alexandra and Aaron, Regan and Hayden and 3 great grandchildren, Marley, Atalie and Kalyn.

A Memorial Service will be held on September 30 at 11 am in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, Galena, MD where a visitation will be held from 10 to 11 am.
