Dorothy L. Thieme, 87 of Millington, MD passed away on July 23, 2022 at Rock of Ages Assisted Living Home in Rock Hall.

Mrs. Thieme was born on December 12, 1934, daughter of the late Oscar and Josephine Haas Entzian.  She was raised in a farming family and continuned working as a farmer after her marriage to Howard Thieme in 1959.  Together they owned and operated a farm in Anne Arundel County, which they sold in 2001 and moved their farming operation to the Galena-Massey area.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Howard R. Thieme in 2017.

Dorothy is survived by her son Wayne Thieme of Montana.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 2 at 11 am in the Crumpton Cemetery, Crumpton, MD.  arrangements by Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech
