Deborah L. Fulton, 68, of Barclay, MD, passed away at home on March 9, 2025.

Debbie was born on July 15, 1956 to the late Ethel and Lawrence Collins Jr.  She was born and raised in Millington and was a graduate of Queen Anne's County High School, class of 1974.  After high school she attended nursing school at Wesley College in Dover, DE.  While in school she began her career as an LPN at Kent and Queen Anne's Hospital.  After earning her nursing degree, she continued to work at Kent and Queen Anne's Hospital as an RN where she worked for over 44 years.  She was known for her wealth of knowledge and compassionate care.

Debbie had a strong faith in Jesus Christ and attended Faith Bible Church in Sudlersville, MD.  She loved the outdoors and working in the yard.  Most importantly she loved her family and the life she built with her husband Art.  On November 1, 1997, she and Art were married, and they spent 27 loving years together.

Along with her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her siblings John Collins and Gerald Collins.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 27 years, Art Fulton; stepson Jason Fulton (Jennifer) of South Carolina; siblings Lawrence Collins (Alice) of Church Hill, MD, Ethel Bogia (Victor) of Clayton, DE, and Jo Anne Warner of Galena, MD; grandchildren Aaron and William Fulton, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 2  to 4 pm in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD.  A graveside will be held on Monday March 17, 2025 at 11 am in Sudlersville Cemetery, Sudlersville, MD
