David Fletcher Kendall, Jr. 59 of Chestertown, MD passed away on December 11, 2022 at Cooper University Hospital, Camden, NJ.

David was born on January 31, 1963, son of the late David F. Kendall, Sr. and Frances Jean Patrick Kendall Lambert.  He was a lifetime resident of Kent County where he graduated from Kent County High School in 1981.  While in high school he was active with the FFA and played football.  He attended Salisbury State and graduated from Chesapeake College with an AA degree.  David was a manager for Radio Shack in Chestertown during the 1980's - 1990's, he later worked for Walmart for 5 years and Chesapeake Diesel as their AG-Chem Parts Manager.  He was a certified shotgun instructor with 4-H and volunteered while his son was a member of the Clay Crushers.  He received an award for 10 years of service.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather William 'Bill' Lambert.

David is survived by his wife of 29 years, Karen Elizabeth 'Beth' Kendall and their son Zakary "Zak' Alan Kendall.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 20 at 12 noon in Chester Cemetery, Chestertown, MD.
