Christine May Belka, 53 of Chestertown, MD passed away on October 26, 2021 in Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD

Christine was born on July 2, 1968 daughter of Helen Monroe Belka and the late William G. Belka.  She was raised in Severn, MD and was a 1986 graduate of Glen Burnie High School.  Christine worked in customer service until her rheumatoid arthritis forced her to retire.  In 2007 she moved to Chestertown.  She loved to travel with stops at Dover Downs and was recently doing voice overs.

Along with her mother, Helen Belka she is survived by her son Sean Hotz of Chestertown, aunts and uncles Susan & Joe Gagliardi, Esther Patello, Harry Monroe and Joan & Joe Zimkouski and cousins Rachael, Matthew and Eric Gagliardi, George Belka, Jennifer Rutsch, Marie Belka Capitolo, Robert Haller, Tina Halstead, Lee Sayers, Joey Zimkouski, Linda Monroe-Latigona, Michael Monroe, Harry Monroe, Jr, Brian Monroe and Patty Gossler.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 6 from 9:00 to 10:45 am in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, Galena, MD with funeral service at 10:45 am.  Burial in Galena Cemetery.
