Charles E. Harris, III, "Chuck or Goat", 63 of Rock Hall passed away on December 15, 2023 at the University of Maryland Midtown Medical Center, Baltimore.

Chuck was born on November 6, 1960 in Florida, son of the late Charles E. Harris, Jr. and Anita Hughes Biggs.  He attended school in Caroline County.  He had worked as a painter for Rooster Beasley and took care of his sister Ruthie.  Chuck enjoyed tinkering and fixing things.  He loved Rock fishing, riding his motorcycle, his cats and fast cars.

Along with his parents, he was preceded by his stepfather, Norman Biggs, and sister Joy Harris Fooks.

Chuck is survived by his sister, Ruthie Harris; nephew, George Spray, Jr.; cousin, Brad Mowbray and many friends that were like family.

A viewing will be held on Friday, December 29 from 11am – 12 pm in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St, Galena, MD, where funeral service will begin at 12 pm.  Burial will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Rock Hall, MD.
