Carol Ann Bartsch, 65 of Warwick, MD passed away on March 21, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Carol was born on February 1, 1957 in Onley, MD daughter of the late Daultie Everett Blankenship and Margaret Jane Heath Blankenship Owings.  She was a loving mother and grandmother. Carol was active with her children in 4-H, where she volunteered and served as a Cecil County Fair Board member.  As a teenager she was a lifeguard and taught swimming lessons, she loved the water and spending time at the beach.  She was a loving Rodeo Mom and loved motorcycle riding with her husband and friends where she was a member of the Lady of SBMC.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Robbie and Ronny Blankenship.

Carol is survived by her husband of 38 years Francis "Welder" Bartsch, 4 children Echo Underwood (Jason) of North East, MD, Matthew Bartsch (Heather) of Earleville, MD, Tara Bartsch of Warwick, MD and Sherrie Walls of Cecilton, MD; a brother Tommy Blankenship of Crumpton, MD and 6 grandchildren, JP, Miranda, Bradley, Mindy, Cayman and Coburn.
