Candas E. Camp, 72 of Chestertown, MD passed away on February 15, 2022 at home.

Candas was born on August 3, 1949 in Chester, PA, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Pearl Chamlers.  She was raised in Wilmington, DE where she began her career with the Bank of Delaware and for 25 years with the duPont Company as a analytical Secretary.  After retiring she moved to Kent County and married David E. Camp. She loved cats and reading.

She is survived by David Camp; stepchildren, Amber Yeager of Sudlersville and Brett Camp of Galena and 2 grandchildren, Alyssa and Joshua Yeager.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 26 from 12 to 1 pm in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, Galena, MD where funeral service will begin at 1 pm.  Burial will follow in Galena Cemetery.
